Coach Thompson leads the Aerie Peak Peregrines Cross Country program as head coach. Now at the helm for the better part of a decade, he has spent a career developing student-athletes. A graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio, he builds his teams around resilience and fundamentals, and asks every athlete to compete for something bigger than themselves.
