Terms of Service
Version 1.0.0 · effective
Anyone can browse Varsity Page. You need to be 13 or older to create an account or enter a contest. Schools decide what school, team and student information is published, and each contest follows its own Official Rules or, if it has none, our Default Contest Rules. Be respectful and only submit content you have the right to share. Varsity Page is provided as is, our liability to fans is limited, and disputes go to individual arbitration under Texas law unless a small-claims or non-waivable consumer right applies.

Version 1.2.0 · effective
School pages show information that schools choose to publish through VP Core. Separately, we collect what you give us (your account, profile, contest entries, inquiries and AI chat messages) and basic usage information. We use it to run Varsity Page and share it with the school it relates to and with service providers that help us operate. Your cookie choice controls both third-party analytics and our own usage measurement. We do not sell your information for money. We keep only our age check result, never your birth date. You can delete your account and contact us with privacy requests.
Cookie Policy
Version 1.2.0 · effective
Varsity Page uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your choices and measure how the Service is used. Your analytics choice covers both PostHog and our own usage measurement: if you refuse, or have not chosen yet where we ask first, nothing for measurement is stored in your browser, a smaller set of events is recorded and it is not linked to your account. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie Preferences.
Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0.0 · effective
Varsity Page is for celebrating students and school communities. Do not harass anyone, impersonate anyone, post anything that exploits or endangers minors, cheat in contests, scrape or attack the Service, spam, or post content you do not have the right to share. We may remove content and restrict accounts that break these rules. Report problems to support@varsitypage.com.
Subprocessors
Version 1.0.0 · effective
These are the outside companies that process personal information for Varsity Page: hosting, database and storage, background jobs, Google services for maps and AI features, PostHog for consent-based analytics, and PayPal for donations where a school offers them. We update this page, with a new version, when the list changes.
Contest and giveaway rules
A contest or giveaway may publish its own Official Rules, set by the school or sponsor running it; those rules control eligibility, timing, prizes and how winners are chosen. Any contest without its own Official Rules follows our Default Contest Rules, which also cover topics a contest’s own rules do not address.
For schools and organizations
Schools, clubs and other organizations publish to Varsity Page through VP Core, which has its own terms covering school accounts, student information and publication choices. Read the VP Core terms for schools and organizations.
